As a "full service" real estate firm, we offer our clients a "one shop" option. Agent Owned Mortgage is the only "wholesale" mortgage broker in the State of South Carolina. As such, we are able to offer our clients a wholesale mortgage rate, while at the same time often being able to pay some of their closing costs by passing on to them any "yield spread premium" which might be associated with a particular interest rate. We can also often save our clients money through obtaining a title insurance "reissue credit".
