It’s anticipated the initiation fees will doublenext year after the course and clubhouse improvements are completed. Dunes West Gold Member • Available only to purchasers of a new home or lot from John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods. • The initiation fee is $5,000 and is non-refundable. If you activate within 90 days of signinga contract or closing on your home or lot, your initiation fee will be reduced to $2,500. • Memberships may be transferred one time to the buyer of your home or lot, allowingthe new owner to join for 50% of the prevailing (current) initiation fee. The new ownerwill have up to 90 days to activate their new membership following the closing date. • Current Monthly Dues: Single - $200 or Family - $220.
