The Players Club of Charleston is home to the Charleston Tennis Academy, an elite Junior Tennis training program that trains local and internationally ranked juniors from throughout the United States and abroad.Several nationally and internationally ranked adult and senior players train at the club. The club is located in the heart of mount Pleasant, SC. not far from the Charleston Historic District.

The facility includes 9 Lighted HAR-TRU sub-irrigated courts. The club also has 7 lighted hard courts. The courts are all regulation size and have 8 light fixtures per court to insure optimum night-time lighting.

Academy

The Players Club Academy is Charleston’s premier Academy and offers some of the top coaching available in the southeast. TPC training is designed for players whose primary sport is tennis. Our Academy program includes fed-ball instruction, live-ball hitting, match play, video analysis, mental toughness and conditioning.

Afternoon Academy Monday-Friday 4:00-6:00pm
Early-out Academy Monday-Friday 2:00-6:00pm
Afternoon Academy is for players who are serious about their game and are trying to achieve a Southern or National ranking. This is an intense group of players that play a tournament schedule and do not play school tennis.

The Early-out program is for players whose school schedule allows them to begin practice at 2:30pm.

Elite Full Day Monday-Friday 7:30-9:30am, 2:30-6:00pm.
Elite Academy is for players that have dedicated themselves to the game of tennis. Their goal is to play Division I tennis or above. Junior players in this program have Southern, National or International Rankings. A low student/coach ratio allows each player more individual attention. Acceptance to this program must be approved by the Directors.

Membership Dues

Adult Single - $79 per month or $850 per year.

Family - $119 per month or $1285 per year

Junior (23 or under) - $40 per month or $440 per year

Court Fees

Hard Courts $10 per hour ($16 per hour with lights)

Clay courts $24 per hour ($30 per hour with lights)

Guest Fees

$10 per day (allowed 5 times per year, same guest)
