"The Island" section of Belle Hall Subdivision consists of larger custom built homes towards the rear of the community. Many of the homes are marsh front. The homes are for the most part larger than the average home in Belle Hall Plantation. The subsection is "built out". Two newer subsection, Evian and Hibben are located next to The Island Section. The Island Section gives you a "Charleston feel" like those located in the Evian and Hibben subsections of Belle Hall Plantation, but with more seperation.
