The Villages of Gahagan

Summerville Homes plans on constructing a gated community in Summerville South Carolina for residents who are at least 55 years old. The Villages of Gahagan will consist of 109 single family homes on a 28 acre tract of land. Residents will pay a set fee to cover the cost of yard work and the maintenance of common areas to include a swimming pool, ponds and other services such as a hair salon. Community trails will connect the residents to Gahagan Park and Summerville's walking trails. It is anticipated that construction will begin in late summer or early fall of 2007.
