Steve Fennell has over 25 years of experience in the residential development and construction business. He founded Tradition Homes in 2002 in the northern suburbs of Chicago, building more than 70 custom and semi-custom single family homes, before moving the business to Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina in 2006.
Prior to forming Tradition Homes, Steve developed large master-planned communities for Pritzker Realty Group (the real estate arm of Chicago’s entrepreneurial Pritzker family), and was a partner and President of Sudler & Co., a large Chicago based residential development, management and brokerage company. His educational background includes a degree in finance from the University of Southern California and a juris doctor degree from DePaul University.
